“I’m a Bible-thumping etiquette teacher for Trump,” Diann Catlin pretty much limits her criticism of Donald Trump to incivility. But what about the mountain of negative facts that she doesn’t mention? Overt racism, xenophobia and misogyny. His shady “foundation.” Trump “University.” The women. The lies. The taxes, or lack thereof. His un- American insistence that the election is “rigged” with absolutely no solid proof. The alleged Russian ties. If you want to wade into un- Christian waters, what about his disdain for the poor immigrant, his stirring up of pure hatred and even his lack of charitable giving?

But forget about all of that. What I am most interested in is this. Catlin said, “One thing I know is that Barack Obama is as far from aligning with Christian values as any president we have ever had.” Really? She knows this? Any president, ever?

I know that President Obama supports a woman’s right to choose and some see that as un- Christian. But what else? What has he done that is so awful? I would like to know.

Catlin made a very strong statement about the president of the United States without facts to support it, and she only resorted to ridiculous, unproven, right- wing conspiracy theories. Eric Frame Denver
