BAD DAY ‘ WHEEL OF FORTUNE’

In the most embarrassing flub in recent ‘ Wheel’ history, a contestant had just one letter remaining in the puzzle that was the title of Tennessee Williams’ Pulitzer Prize- winning play, “A Streetcar Na_ ed Desire.” But instead of guessing an “M” to win the game, he guessed “K,” to spell “naked.” Perhaps that’s the title of Williams’ long- lost sequel? STYLE STAR Scarlett Johansson got fuzzy in a black and white Alaïa ensemble at this week’s Paris premiere of ‘ Ghost in the Shell,’ which is out in the U. S. March 31.
