4 survivors rescued, 3 dead after helicopter crash in Grand Canyon
Four survivors of a tour helicopter crash in the Grand Canyon were being treated at a Nevada hospital Sunday, while crews were recovering the bodies of three others, authorities said.
Six passengers and a pilot were on board the Papillion Grand Canyon Helicopters chopper when it crashed under unknown circumstances about 5:20 p.m. Saturday on the Hualapai Nation near the canyon’s West Rim.
