Stars, just like the rest of us, are staying in – and tuning in.

As Nielsen has reported, there‘ s been a sizable increase in the amount of time spent streaming TV and movies, compared to last year. Celebrities are no different, turning to their screens to pass the time at home amid the coronavirus health crisis.

Many we spoke to were entranced by meme- factory “Tiger King.” Others were fans of reality television. Dramas and comedies also made the list. Here’s what the stars are watching. Mindy Kaling, creator of Netflix’s

“Never Have I Ever”: I just finished “Unorthodox,” and I’ve been watching “La Casa de Papel.” It’s ( also known as) “Money Heist,” but I’m doing the pretentious Spanish- language ( title).”

Hugh Jackman, X- Men’s Wolverine and star of HBO’s “Bad Education”: I’m watching a bunch of stuff that I never get time to do. I’m catching up right now on a British TV series called “Happy Valley” from 2014. So good. I can’t wait to get into ( ESPN’s) “The Last Dance,” the Michael Jordan thing. Pauley Perrette, “NCIS” alum and

star of CBS sitcom “Broke”: “I love television. That’s my favorite thing to do. And I watch network TV. I don’t want to watch any of the other stuff. I love sitcoms. I love “Survivor,” “The Amazing Race,” “Big Brother.” I know all these shows are on CBS but that is not a plug. … My very favorite show is “The People’s Court” with Judge Marilyn Milian. She’s my spirit animal!”

Jimmy Fallon, host of NBC’s “Tonight Show”: We usually watch some kind of mindless TV where we don’t have to think too much. “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” I love. The last episode of “Survivor” was fantastic. If you want to binge, check out this season of “Survivor.” It’s really good.”

Allison Janney, star of “Mom” and HBO’s “Bad Education”: I’m here with my parents ( in Ohio). It’s been pretty funny trying to find a show we all want to watch. I had never been a “Jeopardy!” person, and now I’m addicted. We watch together every single night. Then we found out how to ( get it) on demand so we can watch as many in a row as we want. So we’re all becoming very smart during this period.

Jameela Jamil, star of “The Good Place”: “I watch ‘ Sex and the City’ reruns, and my boyfriend goes and plays video games and we get a little bit of alone time. We all need alone time with the girls; I can’t be with my girlfriends right now, so those are my girlfriends. I just binge- watched “Feel Good” in a night on Netflix. It’s incredible. It’s a young, queer romantic comedy. Lisa Kudrow’s in it; she’s fabulous. I’ve been watching “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “The Comeback,” “Barry.” I just started “Little Fires Everywhere.”

Bobby Berk, star of “Queer Eye”: “I started watching ‘ Taken at Birth’ on TLC. It’s this documentary about the Hicks babies. The documentary follows all of them trying to figure out where they come from and their birth parents. Myself being adopted, it was even more captivating to me. It is so good and heart wrenching and happy and sad.”

Chris Harrison, host of “The Bachelor”: Definitely got on the “Tiger King” craze and got totally into that, which has been amazing... The big question after quarantine: What’s gonna happen with Carole Baskin? Is she gonna go down for this murder?

Ryan Tedder, OneRepublic singer and panelist on NBC’s “Songland”: I’ve been doing “Ozark” Season 3. “Homeland,” which I’ve been obsessed with since Season 1. And I’ve gotta say, they’ve really brought it in this final season. I didn’t know how they were going to step it up and they did. I finally caught up on “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel,” which I’m obsessed with. I watch all the cooking stuff, like “The Mind of a Chef.” I’ve kind of been roped into “The English Game,” which is about the origin of soccer... And then obviously I watched “Tiger King,” I watched “Cheer“... When I want something lighthearted, I watch “Schitt’s Creek,” which I think is absolutely brilliant.

Ryan Murphy, Writer/ producer/ director: Like everybody else, I watched “Tiger King“on Netflix. I just spend a lot of time watching MSNBC, and then, like, wanting to jump out a window because every day you just can’t believe it.

Alexandra Daddario, from “Baywatch” and the new “We Summon the Darkness”: Look, I’m a huge animal rights person so, obviously, I’m not condoning ( characters’ actions). And, it is hard for some people to watch because of the animal abuse. But these (” Tiger

King”) people are so over the top, and you can just see they had a very rough start to life and something drew them to trying to find power and their desire to find power was through these tigers. They couldn’t adopt dogs, they had to adopt tigers. They all strike me as being opposite sides of the same coin – they’re all doing the same thing. The tigers really are a moot point to them. It’s really about people and the absurd things that people do and how madness and power can really corrupt.

Robbie Amell, star of Amazon’s “Upload”: The whole world’s talking about (” Tiger King”). It’s the best kind of awful television. You just can’t believe it. My wife’s ( actress Italia Ricci) mother is in town and she’s watching “Tiger King.” She helps out with the baby, she got in right before everything went crazy, so every day I just get to hear her reactions to “Tiger King,” which is really great.

Greg Daniels, creator of Amazon’s “Upload” and Netflix’s “Space Force“: I watched “Tiger King.” So many twists and turns, couldn’t get over it. I’ve also been watching a lot of classics with my kids on Amazon Prime. We started watching ( HBO’s) “The Wire” again, which is amazing, and “The Sopranos.” “The In- Laws,” with Alan Arkin and Peter Falk, one of my favorite movies ever, that’s on Amazon Prime now. So we’ve kind of been doing like film school. It’s been really fun.

Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, star of Netflix’s “Never Have I Ever”: I finally jumped on the bandwagon of “Love Is Blind.” It was crazy! I had to fast- forward a lot for my own mental sanity, but it was funny. But oh, my God, that moment in the reunion when Amber called out Jessica ( for flirting with Barnett), let’s be real. I was like, “Thank God somebody said it.” I felt so bad for Mark.

Arianna Huffington, founder and CEO of wellness group Thrive Global: I have become completely addicted to “Billions.” But I made this pact with myself. I can only watch “Billions” on my treadmill. It’s been amazing.
