RHP. Weaver, 23, comes after hitters with a 90 to 94 mph fastball that he keeps down in the zone. Improved mechanics resulted in better control, as he walked 12 in 83 innings in the minors. He also mixes in a slider and a plus changeup with late fade and sink. He could be in the rotation.
