The 26-year-old right-hander set a career high for wins Aug. 24 when he beat the Boston Red Sox to raise his record to 13-8 through 26 games with a 4.59 ERA. The six-year veteran also ran his winning streak to six games on the heels of pitching a career-low two-thirds of an inning July 16 in a loss at the Oakland Athletics. He had a 2.54 ERA in his last eight outings.
