Raiders’ keys to victory: It’s simple for the Raiders — they need QB Derek Carr to play well and be efficient. Against the Rams in Week 1, Carr threw three interceptions, including one that was run back for a touchdown. He rebounded well in Week 2, and the Raiders can expect more of that version of their young passer. The Dolphins secondary has five interceptions in two games after picking off nine all last season. If Carr can limit his mistakes and the Raiders can take care of the football, they certainly have a chance to score points against a Dolphins defense that gave up 362 yards last week to the Jets. line: Dolphins Passing
