RBs White, Guice make late surges
These players saw their fantasy values increase or decrease most based on their performances in Week 13:
Sizzlers
RB James White, New England Patriots: With New England playing catch-up, he rushed for 79 yards and caught eight passes for another 98 yards and a TD. He’ll remain a big part of the offense with the Kansas City Chiefs up next.
RB Derrius Guice, Washington Redskins: In Washington’s resurgent rushing attack, Guice turned 10 carries into 129 yards and a pair of touchdowns against a decent Carolina Panthers defense.
WR DeVante Parker, Miami Dolphins: Catching seven passes for 159 yards and a pair of touchdowns, Parker now has 10-plus targets in four consecutive games.
WR Alshon Jeffery, Philadelphia Eagles: Coming off an ankle injury, Jeffery hauled in nine receptions for 137 yards and a touchdown as Carson Wentz targeted him 16 times.
WR Robert Woods, Los Angeles Rams: Woods (13 catches, 172 yards) was largely ignored earlier this year but has led the Rams in receptions each of the past three games.
Fizzlers
RB Ronald Jones, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Just as fantasy owners were warming up to Jones, the Bucs decided to run their “hot-hand” offense. Peyton Barber scored twice, while Jones rushed for just 8 yards.
RB Tevin Coleman, San Francisco 49ers: Coleman totaled five carries for 6 yards as Raheem Mostert (146 yards, TD) took charge. To top it off, Matt Breida could return this week.
QB Nick Foles, Jacksonville Jaguars: Foles got the halftime hook after throwing an interception and fumbling twice. Gardner Minshew has already been named the starter the rest of the way.
WR Jamison Crowder, New York Jets: Though QB Sam Darnold did try to feed Crowder with nine targets, he caught just two for a total of 8 yards.
TE Hunter Henry, Los Angeles Chargers: Henry had two catches for 10 yards, and the Chargers might make a change at quarterback, adding another element of risk to his portfolio.
