Seahawks’ keys to victory: The Seahawks haven’t been beating teams with a punishing defense or relentless pass rush. Instead, it’s been a sharp offensive attack led by QB Russell Wilson. The Seahawks shouldn’t have much trouble stopping the Rams’ offense, but moving the ball against Los Angeles’ defense could be a bit difficult. The Rams’ defense has been playing good football since CB Jalen Ramsey arrived in Week 7 – outside of that drubbing against the Ravens – and their cornerbacks can match up in man coverage across the board. It’s also an aggressive defense that gambles at times, so getting the rushing attack going and setting up the play action will be key.

Rams’ keys to victory: The offense can’t find any rhythm through the air or on the ground. QB Jared Goff has regressed significantly behind a struggling offensive line, while RB Todd Gurley looks like a shell of his former self. Turning the ball over and giving Wilson additional opportunities is a recipe for disaster. Keeping the ball out of WR Tyler Lockett’s hands will also be critical because he’s been Seattle’s best playmaker.

Matchup to watch: Rams’ Ramsey vs. Seahawks’ Lockett. Ramsey has allowed the defense to play more man coverage and be more aggressive up front. Lockett is an electrifying player who can make plays from any wide receiver spot, a challenge for Ramsey.

Who wins? Seattle’s defense might not be great, but it forces turnovers at a high rate and will get to Goff. Containing Wilson also will prove to be too difficult.
