Triston McKenzie, RHP: McKenzie, 23, was the American League pitching breakout prospect in 2020 after missing the 2019 season with an upper back issue. Tall and very lean, McKenzie uses his frame (6-foot-5, 165 pounds) well in his delivery, creating deception through hiding the ball in the narrowness of his body and achieving plus extension.
His four-seam fastball sits in the low 90s with solid late vertical movement. He has three above-average-or-plus secondary offerings with his changeup matching his curveball as his best secondary pitch.
