Jaguars keys to victory: Coming off a big upset of Buffalo, Jacksonville has to be more efficient on offense. No. 1 pick QB Trevor Lawrence will have to limit turning the ball over against a defense with the most takeaways in the league. Taking advantage of a susceptible secondary with WRs Marvin Jones and Laviska Shenault is necessary. Getting RB James Robinson to keep the defense honest can help Lawrence. With DE Josh Allen coming off a huge game, he must continue leading the pass rush. His success will go a long way.

Colts’ keys to victory: In Week 9 against the Jets, the offense scored its most points (45) since 2014. The Colts must continue taking shots downfield with QB Carson Wentz, whose 100.1 passer rating this season is his highest since 2018. Wentz will need to continue his connection with breakout WR Michael Pittman Jr., who leads the team in all receiving categories. Leaning on stud RB Jonathan Taylor will keep the identity of the offense in check. Defensively, the Colts need rookie DE Kwity Paye to break out coming off his best game of the season.

Matchup to watch: Jaguars’ Allen vs. Colts LT Eric Fisher. They won’t line up on every snap, but this matchup could determine the outcome. If Allen dominates, the Jaguars have a chance. If Fisher holds up on his end, the Indy offense should continue humming.

Who wins? The Colts offense is clicking while the defense has been opportunistic. They take care of business at home against a division opponent before a crucial stretch of games.

Colts 28, Jaguars 20
