First Like apparently everyone else, I wanted to shop more in the lower part of the top tier with maximum set at $26 for one player.

Did it work? Yes and no. Spent a bit more than my max on my top player. I struggled with catchers. Almost everyone else saved money for the last third of the draft, which hurt me. Best bargain:
