Ricky McKinney issued his ruling Tuesday. Court records showed Taylor performed poorly on sobriety tests before his arrest July 17 in Tuscaloosa but tests found no alcohol in his system. Coach Nick Saban suspended Taylor indefinite­ly after his arrest.
