The 3-0 unanimous decision by the

threejudge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, in San Francisco, validates the ruling issued by Seattle federal Judge James Robart.

It is heartening to see the checks and balances instilled in the three branches of our government. The judiciary has discharged its paramount responsibility of interpreting the constitutional applicability in defining and limiting the executive powers.

It’s no secret that the Trump administration may file an appeal with the nation’s highest court. However, considering the overwhelmingly biased applicability of the executive order, the final verdict of the Supreme Court may well uphold the decision by the lower court due to the apparent unconstitutionality of the order. Reckless, frustrated liberals hate President Trump so much that they are willing to endanger American lives to prove their point. Absolutely asinine. Are they ever going to grow up? Edgar Fuss

Even if one supports Trump’s travel ban, one would have to admit that it was enacted in the most inept way possible. The Trump team said it would increase our already extreme vetting, while the temporary ban was in place. Tom Hensley

Whoops, fire up the Twitter machine! Judicial character assassinations will be forthcoming in 140 characters or less. Edward Scott

Great start by Trump. We’re not locking our doors because we hate those outside; we’re locking our doors because we love those inside. Thomas Engel

This shows that the courts are not judging the laws, which are pretty cut and dried.

Instead, they are legislating from the bench. When the laws of the land are not being enforced by the judicial branch, we’re in a constitutional crisis. Mark Nic For more, follow @USATOpinion or #tellusatoday.
