?? ?? SCARLETT JOHNASSON With her spiky hair, statement belt and double cuffs, Johansson looked a little punk rock in her printed Alaia gown. ISABELLE HUPPERT Looking like a glam goddess, the Elle star rocked a sparkling Armani Prive gown. Her red lips added a perfect pop to the neutral look. JANELLE MONAE It takes a fashionista like Monae to pull off this Elie Saab gown, but she wore it well, unique silhouette and all. Hidden Figures director Ted Melfi called the actress “dynamic” on the red carpet. “I think she came in like a sponge. She wanted to really learn from co-stars Taraji (Henson) and Octavia (Spencer) and soak it all in.” OCTAVIA SPENCER The Hidden Figures star shined in a full and feathery Marchesa gown. Forevermark Diamonds topped off her fun, fabulous look. RUTH NEGGA The Loving star looked gorgeous and elegant in a longsleeved Valentino gown. Her blue ribbon, which was seen on many stars, signified her support of the ACLU. “I think it’s about caring about humanity and how we progress and move forward, and you don’t need to be politically minded to care about that or have an opinion about that or have a voice,” she said on the red carpet. “It’s about speaking your truth and standing up for what you believe.” FELICIT Y JONES The Rogue One star was a dainty darling in a delicate Dior dress. Her half-up hairstyle emphasized the sweet look. JESSICA BIEL The actress went for the gold and gave the Oscar statuette a run for its money in her metallic KaufmanFranco gown and Tiffany & Co. jewels. “I want to thank everyone from the parts department to the folks on the assembly line for putting this package together,” she joked on Twitter. TARAJI P. HENSON The Hidden Figures actress looked like a classic screen siren in a navy custommade off-the-shoulder Alberta Ferretti gown. A dazzling diamond necklace by Nirav Modi was the icing on the cake. KIRSTEN DUNST This is anything but your basic black dress, thanks to the dramatic shape that transforms Dunst’s Dior gown. And that hemline hits at the perfect length to show off a pair of pretty pointed pumps. MICHELLE WILLIAMS The Manchester by the Sea star went for the plunge in her Louis Vuitton gown. A flowy skirt balanced out the deep neckline, which is highlighted even more by her short, cropped hair.
