NEW YORK Stillwater:

Saratoga National Historical Park is expanding onto the site of a turning point in the American Revolution. The park acquired 170 acres that encompasses where colonial forces fortified defenses against the British in the 1777 Battle of Saratoga, The Times Union reports.
