Calling themselves the “poor man’s Traveling Wilburys,” the indie supergroup BNQT consists of members of the bands Midlake, Band of Horses, Franz Ferdinand, Grandaddy and Travis. Ahead of their debut album Volume 1, out Friday, Eric Pulido (who doubles as Midlake’s vocalist/guitarist) shares a playlist of BNQT’s musical inspirations with USA TODAY.
