Naked Chicken Chips, as they are being called, have the familiar triangular shape of a tortilla chip. In reality, they are marinated, seasoned and encrusted white-meat fried chicken. The product allows Taco Bell to have its own unique take on chicken nuggets. Taco Bell is part of Yum Brands, which also owns fastfood fried chicken leader KFC. Six pieces cost $1.99, and 12 pieces go for $2.99. The item will be sold for six weeks.
