ABERCROMBIE EYES POSSIBLE TAKEOVER BIDS

Abercrombie & Fitch’s stock rose more than 12% Wednesday following a news report the company was looking to sell itself. According to a Reuters story, Abercrombie has hired investment bank Perella Weinberg Partners to oversee possible deals. The company would not confirm the report.
