White has reached a settlement with the former drummer of his rock band after she sued him last year and accused him of sexual harassment and breach of contract. Terms were not disclosed.

Lena Zawaideh had claimed White had made vulgar sexual remarks to her and forced her to watch “sexually disturbing videos, including videos sexualizing human fecal matter.” White, the snowboarder and skateboarder, vigorously contested the suit and in February tried to compel Zawaideh to undergo a mental health exam after she claimed she suffered emotional and mental distress because of what happened. He later withdrew that request, and last week an attorney for Zawaideh filed a notice of unconditional settlement in the case and requested it be dismissed. A trial date had been set for August in San Diego Superior Court. Zawaideh was the only female member of Bad Things, a young electronic rock band founded by White, 30, who also performed as the band’s guitarist.
