LONGTIME HALLIBURTON CHIEF STEPPING DOWN

Halliburton Co. said Wednesday that CEO Dave Lesar will step down June 1 but will remain the company’s executive chairman. Jeff Miller, the company’s president, will replace Lesar, who has been CEO since 2000.
