HUNTSMAN MERGES WITH SWITZERLAND’S CLARIANT

Swiss specialty chemicals maker Clariant and The Woodlands, Texas-based Huntsman Corp. are merging to create HuntsmanClariant, and it will have a market value of $13.8 billion. It will have stock exchange listings in Zurich and New York.
