BRYANT GETS NOD AS CLEMSON’S STARTING QB
Kelly Bryant will start summer camp as Clemson’s starting quarterback and will get the first shot at replacing former Tigers AllAmerican Deshaun Watson. Bryant was listed as the starter on the Tigers’ summer depth chart released Monday. The 6-3, 213pound junior has spent the past two seasons as a backup to Watson and Nick Schussler. Bryant is among six new starters on offense as the national champion Tigers retool, particularly in the skill positions. Clemson’s defense has seven starters returning.
