Rules changes accepted by owners:

uOvertime period reduced from 15 minutes to 10.

uPenalties for on-field celebratio­ns are relaxed, with group celebratio­ns, using the ball as a prop after TDs, going to ground and making snow angels now allowed. Prolonged celebratio­ns, taunting, mimicking weapons and sexually suggestive actions still will be flagged.

uThere no longer will be an initial roster cut to 75 players during the preseason; teams will be required to reduce rosters from 90 players to 53 after the preseason finale.

uTwo players can be recalled from injured reserve during the season instead of one. Tabled:

uA proposal stipulatin­g that coaches can reach agreements to change jobs even if their current team is still in the postseason.

uRoster exemptions for concussed players. Approved:

uAmid constructi­on delays on its new stadium, Los Angeles now will host Super Bowl LVI at the conclusion of the 2021 season. Tampa instead will serve as site for Super Bowl LV after the 2020 season.

uA 30-year lease for the Raiders’ future stadium in Las Vegas.
