Ariana Grande, ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’
After Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester benefit show Sunday, the singer shared her moving live cover of the Wizard of Oz classic
Somewhere Over the Rainbow, which she performed to close out her set.
One Love Manchester united Grande with an all-star lineup for an uplifting concert in the wake of the deadly terrorist bombing May 22 at the Manchester Arena.
Grande’s Somewhere cover was released as part of One Love Manchester’s official live playlist, which features recordings of the songs Coldplay, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and other artists performed Sunday. The compilation’s other emotional highlights include Grande’s duet with Cyrus on
Don’t Dream It’s Over and her performance of My Everything with a children’s choir.
