MAKING WAVES

-

Have a million bucks to spare? You can buy a shotgun-style house that appeared in Season 3 of HGTV’s ‘Fixer Upper.’ The two-story home contains one bedroom and one bath in about 1,050 square feet of living space. Features include a Dutch-style front door, 25-foot vaulted ceilings, a Bevolo gas light on the porch, and much more. The house was built in 1920 and was listed at only $28,000 before hosts Chip and Joanna Gaines renovated it for their HGTV show.
