Three veteran journalists resigned after their CNN story on Russian ties to President Trump failed to "meet reporting standards," CNN wrote in an editor's note to the public.

Unlike Trump, responsible news organizations hold their reporters accountable. Who is holding the president accountable for his lies? Karen Benson

This whole story of CNN resignations shows us that Trump was pretty much right on all along. CNN: The home of "fake news." Larry Hubble

Those CNN reporters have lost all credibility, since they function on a political agenda. Trump might act slimy in many ways, but how the Democrats have conducted themselves shows that they have stooped far lower than the man they point fingers at. Pamela Joseph Bolland
