Trump vs. news media: The never-ending saga

President Trump continued his fight against the news media on Sunday by posting a mocked-up wrestling video of him body-slamming a character tagged as CNN.

Just when you think Trump’s behavior can’t get any lower, it does. Didn’t Sarah Huckabee Sanders just say Trump has never encouraged violence against the news media?

Trump has reduced CNN to being as fake as professional wrestling. Perfect tweet!

Seems like Trump has a lot of spare time on his tiny hands. And at some point, the White House staff will grow spines and stop making excuses for him.

At the Celebrate Freedom rally on Saturday, Trump got a standing ovation when he said CNN and the “crooked media” will not stop him from fulfilling his agenda for the American people.

Trump made it clear that he owes the news media nothing!

This so-called president has been able to plant the idea of “fake news” in the minds of his supporters because the news media’s truthful reporting is not congruent with the delusional world that Trump has created for himself and his base.

Social media played a role in getting Trump elected, and he will continue to use it to bypass the dishonest news media. I just wish he’d be more selective with his tweets. No need to get down in the gutter with liberals.

Larry Gilbert

Something is really wrong with this man. The job is too much for him to handle.

Jay Winwer

What’s even more outlandish than Trump’s tweet is the liberal media’s hysteria saying he’s advocating violence. Just because Trump’s giving a visual analogy, describing what he already did to CNN, doesn’t mean he’s literally telling people to use violence against others.
