ABC, 8 ET/PT The sports-centric awards show is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and it’s recruiting former NFL quarterback Peyton Manning to host. The nominees span a broad field of sports and include Olympic stars Michael Phelps and Simone Biles and baseball’s Kris Bryant. Former first lady Michelle Obama also will be on hand to honor the late Eunice Kennedy Shriver, who founded the Special Olympics.
