FEDERER TO FACE BERDYCH IN SEMIS

- WIMBLEDON, ENGLAND

Third seed Roger Federer has yet to drop a set en route to the Wimbledon semifinals. On Wednesday, Federer posted a 6-4, 6-2, 7-6 (7-4) quarterfinal win against sixth seed Milos Raonic of Canada.

At 35, Federer has looked youthful and strong on the court the entire season. In January, after six months away from the game because of a knee injury, Federer won his 18th Grand Slam tournament title at the Australian Open.

He will play Tomas Berdych in the semifinals. Berdych came through an abbreviated 7-6 (7-2), 2-0 match with second seed Novak Djokovic, who retired with a right elbow injury.

If Federer can win Wimbledon, he will become the first man in history to win this tournament eight times.
