KATE’S CROWN JEWELS Duchess Kate brought style and nostalgia to the state banquet Wednesday for King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain (the Spanish royal often has been compared to Britain’s queen of fashion). Kate brought out impressive pieces for the evening, honoring Princess Diana by wearing her favorite tiara and earrings. She paired them with a pink lace dress by Marchesa and with another family token: Queen Elizabeth II’s diamond and ruby necklace.
