AUTHORITIES MAKE ARREST IN SWISS CHAINSAW ATTACK
Police in Switzerland arrested a suspect Tuesday in a chainsaw attack the day before that left five people injured, the BBC and other news organizations reported.
Officials apprehended Franz Wrousis, 50, in Thalwil, Switzerland, a community just south of Zurich and about 37 miles from the Swiss- German border town of Schaffhausen, where the attack occurred, according to the BBC. More than 100 police officers were involved in the search.
The attack began at the office of CSS, a health insurer, and “was clearly against people from the insurer,” police Maj. Ravi Landolt said Monday.
