At age 46, Eve Fletcher is executive director of a local senior center and confronting an empty nest when her personal life becomes unexpectedly wild and woolly. Meanwhile, her clueless son Brendan seems to think it’s cool to treat girls like objects.
‘LEFTOVERS’ FINDS AN END Perrotta co-created The Leftovers for HBO and served as executive producer. The series was spun off from his best-selling 2011 novel about those left behind after the mysterious “Sudden Departure” of millions of people from Earth. It starred Justin Theroux as Police Chief Kevin Garvey and wrapped its well-received third and final season in June.
