If fans were upset that Michael Phelps didn’t really race a shark at the beginning of Shark Week (he raced a CGI great white instead), they may be comforted by the shark-filled programming left on Discovery. Tonight, cameraman Devon Massyn and a team head 500 miles out into the Gulf of Mexico to a special underwater cage to get up close and personal with the sharks.
