Can we keep Trump away from children?

Trump’s partisan and inappropriate speech at the National Scout Jamboree, a celebration of the promise of American youth.
It was bad enough that Trump missed an opportunity to give an inspiring speech to the leaders of tomorrow, but encouraged the group to boo former president, Barack Obama, as well as a former first lady and secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. Whatever one’s political beliefs are, this disrespect is shameful and certainly doesn’t live up to the values promoted by the Scouts.
We know the president will not apologize, but I certainly hope the Scouting organization will let its members know that this sort of behavior is unacceptable. Carol Burns St. Joseph, Mo.
