Ten former West Virginia secretary of state’s office workers filed wrongful termination lawsuits stemming from their firings by new Secretary of State Mac Warner, the Charleston Gazette-Mail reports. Warner initially said the firings were part of downsizing to cut costs but later hired 22 new employees.
