Krzyzewski had knee replacement surgery Sunday, team spokesman Cory Walton said.

Michael Bolognesi said the surgery went “very smoothly” and that the Hall of Fame coach could be released within one to three days. Krzyzewski has had both of his knees replaced in the past 17 months.
