UNITEDHEALTH CEO TO STEP DOWN, STAY ON BOARD

UnitedHealth Group will promote company president David Wichmann to replace CEO Stephen Hemsley, who has led the nation’s largest health insurer since 2006. Wichmann, 54, will take over Sept. 1, and Hemsley, 65, will become executive chairman of the board.
