Kelly is straightening out Trump’s team already

Steve Bannon left his post as senior White House adviser last Friday.
Chief of staff John Kelly is getting things straightened out and he’s doing so quickly, which is good for President Trump and good for the country. On the other hand, it’s not so good for the currently out-of-control, biased liberal news media because pretty soon, they’re going to have less and less news to falsely manipulate. Kayla Roberts
Good move. Bannon should have never been there in the first place! While they’re remodeling the White House, change the locks! Paul Bryant
First smart thing Trump has done since he’s been in office. Ron Patrick
Is this Kelly trying to rein in the influence he thinks is sinking his boss in the muck and mire? I know there is more to it than that, but I can’t wait to see where this goes. Mark Smith
I wonder what Bannon will say in his talk show interviews now. I wonder what he will say under oath if he is testifying against Trump. I wonder how much Bannon will get for his book deal. I wonder who will be the next to quit or be fired. It is better to get off the sinking Titanic than go down with the ship. Roger Goppelt
It’s still puzzling why Trump was so keen on sabotaging himself by hiring Bannon in the first place. Like many on Trump’s staff, Bannon turned out to be a huge liability. Trump is so selfdestructive and seems incapable of learning that his real problem is himself. Mary Melcher
Kelly told Bannon you are done at the White House. Bannon runs back to his website for a job. It’s amazing how people can spin being thrown out. Scott Simpson
Bannon represented the unhinged craziness of conservative Republicans. He and Trump traded their extremist views of politics as if in an echo chamber, and that drew the executive branch into dangerous waters. Gary Frank

We asked our followers their thoughts on Steve Bannon leaving the White House.
I believe Bannon is now just as dangerous outside the White House as he was in it. This is part of the art of the deflection to remove focus from Russia. @MelissaMermaid
It will make no difference. Trump enables white supremacists and Nazis all on his own. That won’t change. @BaileyPittipat
Bannon would not leave a White House position without a guarantee that his hold on Trump would be the same, or better, to push the “alt-right” agenda. @AvaWill7
I would have said it was a good thing if I didn’t believe Trump only did it because he was told to, rather than choosing to. @MurkeyHope
This is a step in the right direction, but this seems like a finger in a dike kind of solution. The dam is cracked and the water is overpowering. @William40516879
