Thank you, Jerry Lewis

Comedian, director and actor Jerry Lewis, also known for his muscular dystrophy telethons, died at 91.

Rest in peace, Jerry. You have been a part of my life for decades, giving me laughter and joy. Especially your telethons and, of course, anything you and Dean Martin did.

My sincere condolences to your family and the millions of your fans.

I can’t begin to describe the utter joy and laughter he gave to me through his acting, when I was a boy. Thank you, Jerry. Simply, thank you.

Humanitarian defined. Rest in peace, Jerry. The Rat Pack is getting back together again.

The saddest part of losing Jerry Lewis is that there is a shortage of this type of dynamic individual. He wasn’t just a comedian and actor but also a hardworking philanthropist.
