AWARD TRACKER ACM HONORS

George Strait, Alan Jackson and Chris Stapleton capped the 11th annual ACM Honors Wednesday with a handful of hits that recalled a time when twang and storytelling were hallmarks of country music. Kelsea Ballerini provided a tear-jerking moment as she accepted the Gene Weed Milestone Award: She recalled how she watched videos on CMT while she tried to figure out how to break into the business.
