ANIMAL KINGDOM TNT, 9 ET/PT
Animal Kingdom wraps its juicy second season tonight, and it already has been renewed for a third beginning next year. The crime-family drama has had its share of twists and turns this year. In the finale, Smurf (Ellen Barkin) comes to see that she may be in jail for quite a bit longer than she expected, and she pits her sons against each other. The episode is aptly titled “Betrayal.”
FACE OFF: GAME FACE SYFY, 9 ET/PT
Fans of Face Off have a new spin on the special-effects and makeup reality competition series. The new (very tense) spinoff, Face Off: Game Face, which premiered last week, features four all-star artists from previous Face Off seasons competing in three challenges in each episode. An artist is eliminated after each challenge, and the last one standing walks away with a $10,000 prize at the end of the hour. Tonight’s episode features Melissa Ebbe, Kelly Harris, Adolfo Barreto and Bryan “Tate” Steinsiek competing.
SOMEWHERE BETWEEN ABC, 10 ET/PT
In the seventh episode of the heightened crime series, Laura (Paula Patton) convinces Nico (Devon Sawa) that they need to turn their investigation to the fourth man in the tattoo photo they have. While they go after him, the pair learns more about the case from a decade ago against Danny (Noel Johansen).
