PEDIGREE: Chip (Zach Galifianakis, who voiced The Joker in The Lego Batman Movie) is a true everyclown, having studied with the grease-paint masters at a Paris clown college before working as a rodeo clown in his native Bakersfield, Calif.
WHO SHOULD BE SCARED: Chip. This sad clown is mostly a danger to himself. If he ever made a cameo on AHS, the other clowns would terrorize him.
SCARE FACTOR: 1. Presenting a classical clown act at a rodeo isn’t that scary, though it could be life-threatening for the performer.
