KOHL’S CEO KEVIN MANSELL TO RETIRE AFTER 10 YEARS

Department-store chain Kohl’s said Tuesday that CEO and Chairman Kevin Mansell would relinquish his post in May after nearly a decade on the job, and Chief Merchandis­ing and Customer Officer Michelle Gass will take the reins. Mansell, who has worked at Wisconsin-based Kohl’s for 35 years, will retire after recently guiding Kohl’s into a closer relationsh­ip with Amazon.com following years of disruption for the retail sector.
