The fourth season of Empire kicks off with a big party as the label celebrates its 20th anniversary and Lucious (Terrence Howard) makes his first appearance since the explosion, still suffering from memory loss. Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) tries to reconnect with him but is wary of his nurse, played by guest star Demi Moore.
