ONCE UPON A TIME ABC, FRIDAY, 8 ET/PT
The seventh season of Once looks different. Six major cast members — Ginnifer Goodwin, Josh Dallas, Jennifer Morrison, Rebecca Mader, Emilie de Ravin and Jared Gilmore — departed the fairy tale-inspired series after the Season 6 finale in May. To accommodate most of its main heroes leaving, Once jumped forward in time, with Andrew J. West ( The Walking Dead) leading the series as an adult version of Henry.

Matt LeBlanc’s self-deprecating Hollywood satire wraps its fiveseason run, and the version of himself he plays on the series is causing trouble right up to the end. In the finale, Sean (Stephen Mangan) and Beverly (Tamsin Greig) learn that Matt has, without explanation, passed on the new series they created for him. Now they have to figure out a way forward with their lives and careers that don’t include him.
MADAM SECRETARY CBS, SUNDAY, 10 ET/PT
Morgan Freeman returns as Chief Justice Wilbourne for the drama’s fourth-season premiere. In the episode, Elizabeth (Téa Leoni) becomes suspicious after a diplomat dies in a meeting with her and the body is shipped away without a proper investigation. She also has to deal with a false story claiming she is responsible for the minister’s death.
