HONEYWELL TO SPIN OFF MULTIPLE DIVISIONS

Honeywell said Tuesday it would shrink in size by spinning off into two separate companies devoted to home products and transportation systems. The Morris Plains, N.J.-based giant plans to keep its aerospace division.
