AMEX CEO CHENAULT TO LEAVE IN FEBRUARY

Kenneth Chenault, 66, will step down as chairman and CEO of American Express in February, to be succeeded by Stephen Squeri, the company said Wednesday. It will be the end of a 17-year run at the helm of Amex and 37 years with the company.
