8/10ths Of a mile short of the standard 26.2-mile marathon course for last weekend’s PNC Milwaukee Marathon, according to the “Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.” This could mean those with Boston Marathon qualifying times might not in fact be able to use those times. Last year, the marathon course was measured too long by the technical race organizers and all runners went an extra half-mile.
