POTLATCH, DELTIC TIMBER TO MERGE IN STOCK DEAL

U.S. lumber companies Potlatch and Deltic Timber have agreed to combine in an all-stock deal that would create a leading domestic timberland owner and lumber manufacturer. The combined company will have a timberland base of approximately 2 million acres.
